Thank you ben, im not sure why they are saying im wrong? Its proven..
Graham doesnt have a fair veiw as his m3s far from standard
Barnes has a rusty turbo corsa so unsure why hes posting here at all
Fact is my evo and john-ds m3 were both standard cars performance wise, i have driven both and gave an honest comparison to dannyb then backed up my comments with figures but yet im still wrong.... Although im yet to see proof the evos not faster?

Just frustrating when someone says their car will destroy an M3, I own one and I've raced the car they say will beat my car, and it doesn't.

Standard vs standard the evo is faster, throw a grand or two at each and the evo is still faster..

I don't really care John if I'm honest. It just seems as if you've bought an evo and are trying to convince yourself its the best thing in the world. Just be happy with whatever you drive. There are always statistics on the bet somehwere that will tell you a saxo furio on paper will out handle a milk float. Don't see why you are trying to convince other people unless you're not actually all that happy with the car.

Just saying it got a bit fruity in here quickly, all these times etc being thrown about. End of the day it's your car, you like it. Who cares if it's not as quick as an M3. I may have not owned both so my point might not be valid on the internet but I've drove both, and I know which one I prefer.
