Ordered a LiPO battery and all the little bits I need last night so should have one or two of mine back up and running well soon enough, shame it was only this morning I realised the clocks change this weekend so won't be able to take them out after work

Yeah mate, drop me a text and let me know what time you are going up and i'll try and come up. Dug a few bits out today and got my Beetle up and running again, still needs a couple of things and a decent shake down run as it's been laid up a few years but it looks mega cool when it's running

Got a very boring video of it in the lounge that i'll post when it finally uploads

Hoping to be back up and running later this week with new parts and my new battery

I've got one of these in the loft! Might dig it out. Loved it as a kid.

eBay probably but as they have just been re-released I doubt you will get much for it, a brand new one can be had for £130.

Should have dug it out 6 months ago!

Trial run with the new LiPO yesterday, over 30 minutes of run time at full power until I broke it

Nephew was loving the mud with his Lunchbox.
