This one will be getting a cage to a bit more of a crazy cage, gave wake up!!! This new shell has 8 months mot and I plan on driving it to its next one done!

Few reasons, little niggly bits that pissed me off spent a bit of time on the new shell today stripped and spot drilled all the seat mounting brackets off engine out in the week ready to stitch weld the engine bay on the weekend





just waiting on getting the escort off the spit so I can get mine on there to do the underside

So I have had the new shell a week now, making good progress so far!

Thursday I popped down the unit after work,

Also, welded three holes and replaced a section on the n/r arch didnt need the whole panel

paint the bay in.the week or the weekend

Cheers jed, getting things done alot quicker on this shell, up on the spit tonight get it stripped to a bare shell tomorrow then attack the underside

dont plan on doing another after this! Yeah carbs are all bolted down just need to fit the crank seal and gearbox once ive got it off the stand and plop her in! All mounts have been powdercoated just waiting on getting the bay painted!

Been on png and the pricks removed it for the eBay listing!! Minds made up now its getting cut up! Cheers, I lost all my motivation for the old shell after this weekend ill be further along than the old shell and ive had it 2 weeks

More progress on the new shell, really hapoy with how its going so far! Also on a slightly sad note my old shell is no more!!

First cut, removable cross member for the new shell...








second 'slightly' bigger cut




also now a bare shell bar the doors (need the pin puller ) and on its side its such a clean shell!!!



Another hour or so and the cage will be out!
