so, its been a while now since I said I would make a thread of my Corsa, now I remembered and have some time, ill get cracking.

First of all, I searched for a very long time to find a C in yellow, in the end one popped up about 200 miles from home, but I had to get it regardless of distance, it was as clean as I could get it, and came with a few little extras out of the factory; Irmscher Splitter, Exhaust, Spoiler, and leather seats/ doorcards.

So this is what it was like first of all! (to the right is my old C)

first things were the DTM mirrors, and heko wind deflectors (not everyone's taste but I love them) followed my Coilovers not long later. I also swapped my personal plate from my old C, and de wipered/ badged it.

couple of months later, a friend of mine offered me some SRI alloys at a price I could not refuse, I was totaly skint at the time and used my last pennies to get them, was a real bargain. Unfortuntly they were red, and I was unsure whether to go gloss black, or yellow.

couple months later again, I decided on a colour once I could afford the Job, and put up with the hassle of swapping wheels over and seeing my car on steelies for a very long week! and this is where I am up to now.

I had many plans for the car, however starting a new job, has made it possible for me to get my dream car in less than two years time if I put my head to it (Toyota Supra), which I intend to do now, so I am not sure whether this is it with the Corsa. It would be a shame to end it so soon, as I hunted for months and months to get it, and had some great plans

Anyway guys, thanks for viewing my thead, and please, rate/ slate!

if I get any reason to update, I will asap!

J

That is lovely.

Stick with it and finish the plans you had started, plenty of time to keep saving in the background for the supra

plans were in two parts, first off this was my original plan, which other than the wheel colour, I still want to do, I need the irmscher rear, and gloss black colour coding, smooth boot and a few minor things like morrette headlights.

and then once I could afford it all, I wanted to put the car in for some serious bodywork (bodykit), respray, etc. Dont get me wrong I have pictures and photoshops of what i wanted, and had them planned way before I even had the car and it looked awesome. but the C is way over done now, and the sort of thing i want to do was done years back, so I have gone off the idea!

I think I will do above (as pictured) and not spend mass amounts, and still save up for the Supra, afterall, if its possible why not!

yeah similar haha, tbh it wouldn't be far off it at all, only the main colour and front end, as he has an airdam which is too expensive imo, I couldnt pay the going rate id regret it! I like the look of the stienmetz rear/ with the centre exhaust, but its a lot of money..

forgot to mention, whole dashboard, doorcards, pillars, centre console, is all going gloss black, with yelllow suede for the headlining

sadly saying it, projects done with and no longer doing anything else to the car..

new job results in 30k average miles a year, so not worth it. I am getting a free works van in a few months, with a diesel card, therefore I can save up for my ultimate goal, a Supra..

being the person I am I may still be tempted to get a few extras! haha, always wanted morettes so may do it (after all I will get my money back from them anyway)!

couple pics for bumping..
