Correct. When one of York's games got called off i tried to get tickets for the Fulham game at home as i have a mate that lives near enough next door to The Etihad. Was a complete sell out but still loads of "empty seats" on tv. They are given to hospitality/boxes as well as their box but most of them, probably not even city fans choose to stay inside their warm box and watch the TVs, like at Wembley
