Thanks mate, appreciate your advice.

BTW, just looking at that All in one mix, they say 3 x 60g scoops twice a day. Now thats 180g and the bag is only 1.8kg. So I would get 10 drinks out of that?! Is this gonna cost a small fortune?!

Yeah, if thats the dosage of that other stuff, it would work out quite expensive.

Impact whey will work out cheap.

If you work 3 shakes a day, morning, post workout and bedtime. Using a total of 80g across the day, a 2.5kg bag will last you 2 months easy.
