The other thing that annoys me is that i'm only allowed to do certain jobs until i've been on **** courses.

Its like serving my time all over again, and the wage is a bit reminiscent of it as well.

You've done nothing since Ian appointed you aside pretend your coming to meets.

Prior to that all the meets were on our doorstep.

I know plenty of people with kids and they dont drop off the face of the earth.

Lol, is it really? Always thought it was the other way about in the real world.

We had one bangin meet in March, we put out a crackin stand at SCS, and had a small meet in September.

Its a big region, and with the amount of shows through the summer its not essential to have monthly meets during the show season as most of us are AT SHOWS.

PS. When your mrs is on bad week do you wear a tampon as well?

i know what you mean mate, the manager at farmers wanted someone to check i had tightened the wheel nuts properly, i just laughed saying if a canny put wheels on right ave been doing the wrong job for the last 7 years, thats when he said they got alot of complaints about wheels falling off

kind of sums the place up really, i know there not all the same but after my experience of them a would sooner have the mrs work on my car than that lot

would love to sell my astra and get a focus st, would have to be a white or black one though.

really depends what happens on the job front. waiting to hear back about a job as a train mechanic so that would be the only way for me to afford it as the wages are silly!

the mrs wants us to get a house though so it'll probs be that and have to keep the astra

Long as its got lifetime guarentee it'll be awrite!

I use spanner rails in ma toolbox, foam drawer inserts restrict you a bit with what you can put in.

No bad for startin out a suppose.

Make sure it's the halfords pro stuff, I bought a cheap socket set from there hardly ever used the set but could just tell the quality was shite!! Used it when I was puttin the valver in the carabic shell and snapped the ratchet inside and a socket!!! That wasn't even hard use either

Ma dad got me a half inch socket set when a started workin with him about 9 years ago and its still to this day flawless, lost one socket and thats it.

Usually just buy snap-on or mac tools cos they come to my work and its convenient and shiny.
