Just excessive noise from exhaust in general and cats have to be fitted to all cars that came with them whether they are petrol or deisel. Nothing specific about emmissions tho.

'The driver’s seat fore and aft adjustment
mechanism not functioning as intended.'

My seats are bolted down (buckets), movement is through unbolting, moving, rebolting. Should I be fine?

Also on the airbags, if I completely remove the system (including the light) I will be fine?

Your lights need to level automatically to suit how much weight you have in the car.

Aftermarket HIDs yes. Unless its easy for you to unplug them and put the standard bulbs back in for the MOT.

ive re-read it about 10 times now:

Where HID or LED dipped beam headlamps are fitted, switch on the headlamps and check the operation of any headlamp levelling and cleaning devices fitted.

JDM S2000's do not have Headlight washers, mine have been smoothed over but will still self level do you think that would go through ok?

Strange how it says 'May' and not 'Must'...as may implies 'may not but doesn't matter'.

There is a further sentance that says something along the lines of "Use discretion to assess the suspension and self levelling, and ensure the headlamp washers work". You might be on to something there, it might be that if they are in place they have to work

If there is no mechanism to test, they can't fail it for not working.

A Caparo T1 does not have a moving seat, the pedals move instead, bet that won't fail!

I agree. There is no reason for rejection for if they are missing. but if they are there they have to work.

method of inspection:
"Where HID or LED dipped beam headlamps are fitted, switch on the headlamps and check the operation of any headlamp levelling and cleaning devices FITTED."

Reason for rejection:
"A headlamp levelling or cleaning device inoperative or otherwise obviously defective."

I've got headlight washers on the mini but I'm fucked if I know how to work them?
I'm assuming they are auto or something, got self leveling headlights too.
