Fuck you fatty!

That'll be my car then....

TBH I got them because I couldn't afford the constant replacement of the original VXR alloys that keep busting the rim.

A top tip though check clearance of the huge VXR calipers as I bought vectra fitment at et45 (I think) and I had to get 10mm spacers to clear the calipers as the VXR alloy spokes curve out to miss the brakes. So a trial fit would be beneficial...

Thats a better pic than the ones I found...

Still not too sure though, look like a pain to clean, and i hate cleaning the standard wheels as it is.

Cheers for the heads up on the caliper clearances though!

Clean them like I do. (read as never) To say I was pissed off sat at fecking kwikfit with front wheels stuck solid due to clearance issues is an understatement. Wouldn't wish that ball-ache on anyone.

Just been getting quotes for the fitting on the Diff, a Clutch kit (may as well whilst the Gearbox is removed IMO, I know it's good then) and the Pre-Cat removal downpipe

Hope to get it all done on the same day, in the very near future once I get home!

Need to source a Clutch kit first though and a couple of consumables... Vauxhall Trade ASAP on my return I think!

At the moment, I'm looking at using Regal in Southampton will be doing the work, got what seems like a good price quote, and also if funds allow, may consider a Mapping session whilst they have it.

Got back from Taiwan late on friday night (9 weeks away!)

Went to my aunts on saturday to pick up all the parts I had been getting delivered there, and then decided to actually start getting some fitted...

Parts fitted;

3/4 Front Plate
Smoked Foglights
Tinted Indicator Bulbs
LED Sidelights
LED Reg Plate Lights
VXR Grille Badge

Also;

Heat-wrapped Pre-Cat removal downpipe
Sprayed Fog surrounds Black

I got some pics of the car today, after giving it a decent wash etc.

Personally, think the darker stuff toughens the front end up quite a bit...

Stuff to be fitted in the next couple of days...

Quaife ATB
Pre-Cat Removal pipe
Clutch Kit

Plus, couple of Driveshaft seals and an Exhaust gasket as 'just in case' items.

Not a fan of the plate, looks too small on a car that size. Rest is spot on
