Why don't you buy a proper floor mount pedal box? Then take it somewhere to have it set up if your that bothered.

This ain't something you could calculate and do at home, I'm guessing youll need scales and a brake tester. And some expertise.

I'd also guess brake bias settings would also depend on many other factors, tyres, track conditions etc

I can give you the number of a guy who track preps proper Race cars if you wish to ask for some advice

yeah taking somewhere is probably best, but im not sure if a normal garage with a brake force test machine will be any good, just leave it with them and tell them to set it up with a 60/40 split based on forces, i imagine that should be ok

Why would you go to the expense of fitting an adjustable brake bias valve and then take it somewhere to have it setup? Surely a seasoned racecar driver like yourself would know that people who have brake bias adjustments will make changes dependant on track conditions and even while they're driving.

could to a certain extent use trial and error, but ideally needs exact readings to set up properly

You sure 60/40 is right? With the lack of weight in the back and all.

If I were you I would of had a full leather retrim on the interior and have a roll cage in there. Comfort for the road and safety for the track Looks good too.

After a bit of research I was right, it's not just a case of a 60/40 bias, all depends on disks, callipers, tyres, weight etc etc.

You would also want to send more braking pressure to the rear in wet conditions as the fronts will lock easier.

You could do it with 2 of you. Drive down a road and slam
On, have someone watching what locks first. Front should lock just before rears.
Do same in the wet and there are your (rough) settings

Also since the first post iv found out that vehicles with abs eg mine, dont have the bias valves on the MC, its all handled in the ABS pump so when i remove it all i will deffo need a bias valve

You want a valve that just adjust rear pressure rather than working on a front to rear ratio.
