7series won't drive as well as this! These are MEGA machines really really well designed. They are like any big car, they depreciate fast and are expensive to run. Thus worth nothing when 10years old. Same goes for the w140 etc.

340bhp, Alu body, 4x4 and timeless looks.

Want one bad Maintenance terrifies me though.

Don't get me wrong. I love the E38 but if I had the choice I would get the S8. But I do have a hankering for a grey 750i with tints facelift spec.

Or the bronze colour in tomorrow never dies:

They are increasing in value. One of Mercs finest engineers cars. We knew a taxi driver locally who did 250k on his didn't even rattle or anything. Looked good in red!

The coverts look nice as well. They are smaller than the cars in this thread though. The proper comparison is the w140 I.e:

I'm sorry but that's well over priced. Why is it worth more for belonging to someone previously?

Ask 100 people and they'd say the same.

Still got a silvery hue to it

It'd have to be the 7 series for me if I were in the market. I still love the E39 5 series sports too, but that's another subject.
