No, it would be a ham roll. But a sausage roll is different entirely, as Hammer pointed out

I searched for greggs because i wanted to see if anyone worked there. then i found this thread lmao!!!!!

english people calling a roll a BAP is beyond me, a roll and sausage n brown sauce is the daddy! i wonder if they get tattie scones! a peice and jam is alot better than "jam sandwich" sandwich is a gay word as has been discussed, so is BAP wtf is that anyway? baps remind me of tits!
