I emailed the seller yesterday and they say they go -80mm and he says thats the lowest a road car should be.

I dont really want coilovers on the front encase they catch on the tyres like iv seen many times when fitting them on the front.

Gaz coilovers are much thinner than original shock/spring set ups

May be thinner but the spring goes a lot further down the shock, and obviously if you going low you'd needs a stupidly small spring to keep the spring and lock nuts above the tyre.
Usually easily sorted with a 5mm spacer.

Will have a bit think as i need to see what kind of arch gap im going to have once my new wheels and tyres are fitted on Monday.
