does anyone have a contact number for ly51ohh before i pay him a visit ?

sold this member an as new clutch last week and he paid by paypal , sent him the item out with a courier and item recieved and signed for , then this week he's cancelled the paypal payment with no word !!!! have emailed him and u2u'd several times but no response although he has been online since. i have also contacted a moderator on here and had no response back either. User's like this should be banned as i thought sites like this were for like minded enthusiasts ????

any help appreciated before i pay him a visit
