Depends what you mean by under age. When the body is fertile it's technically natural, our age of consent is a product or society and when it deems children to be mentally capable, that's got no basis in nature.

That sir is a very valid statement and going back to Roman days a boy was a man once he'd hit pubity. However my point was just because back then it was deemed normal would it be socially acceptable this day and age for a 40 something man to bum a thirteen year old boy? Maybe shag a 14 year old girl? The simple answer to that is no.

14 year old girl would be natural although distasteful (for today's society), boy would be gay and hence against nature through any point in time.

No matter what way you look at it shes not fully developed physically nor mentally and the whole affair is illegal.
As for the boy, take a year or two off of him then to suit Roman times and send him up against a 40 something women. Is that right? No it is not.
Old ways are just that, old ways that have evolved to make life more sensible and safer for te younger generation.
Its not right to shag kids legally nor be gay morally.

If she's physically mature by that point it would be natural.
It wouldn't be something any normal person in today's society would do but that doesn't make it against nature.
The human body has evolved that way for a reason, not so someone can then arbitrarily decide that we should wait longer and nature is wrong.

a girls body can be developed by 14? it is only because someone at sometime has made it a law that a 16 year old can have sex, there might be no physical differences between a 14 year old and 16 year old

again, who decides what is moral or not? The legal age of sex is just a general number that was decided on which i think differs in some countries though i may be wrong, some people mature faster/slower than others.....

True, some people develop quicker than others but i still dont see how its natural. Its not just about the development of the body but also that of the mind. Again time frames can differ greatly with this.

In this country the age restriction was decided upon after careful scientific statistical work not just a lucky lottery machine. I think you'll find that most if not all western countries have a similar age restriction. But your right, age limits do differ across the world. Hell in some parts of Africa they can have sex as soon as they start their periods. They also have areas where they firmly believe that by having sex with a baby they will be cured of aids. By showering after sex they wont get aids. By coming to England they wont have to work....... oh wait, some of its true.
