Just put a let in it for ease of use and fitment, to anyone who isnt in the know they arnt even going to know the difference, i would just fling a manifold and t34 on the let and ofcouse other parts and be happy with it but thats me

With the t34 you can make 350 all day and run it oil cooled only so in hot weather your not going to have heating issues ofcourse with an oil cooler. Parts for a let arnt hard to come by also if you look hard enough

Mixed reviews is making this even harder lol. So basically for cheaper I could get the zleh to the desired bhp? But more farthing putting in. Were as the clet would be harder to source parts in future and possibly more expensive getting to the bhp I'm wanting eventually?

Its only harder to source parts if your planning on keeping the thing for 10 year, look on the vauxsport and mig web forums tons and tons of serice and replacment parts on there brand new

Front mount
Xe cams
Fuel pump
T34 and manifold
injectors/fpr
Decent top hat
Wideband
Exhaust ect ect

And away you go, try and find a cheap good 2nd hand diff and your sorted. Spend some money on DECENT suspenstion and you will have a True fast road car.

Not sure if the LEH has the bolt holes on the front for the front mount, But they run a cambelt end mount, So to fit that into B you would need a whole new mount welded up.

Without a doubt the ZLEH will be a ball ache fitting it. Then wiring it, gear linkae etc etc.

But if you want to be different and plan on keeping it for a long time then imo it would be worth it. Just look how many cars are or have been produced with the 2.0 Turbo.

Various Vectras, Astras, Zafiras, Signums.

Id go LEH purely for reliability and future part availability

That's what I'm thinking, dint want to put the clet in then few years it's rocking horse shit to get bits for, unless I get 2nd hand bits what I don't really want :s with the zleh I would use a f28 so linkage won't be a problem. Just the wiring worries me

Wiring is a mission but do-able, also the pedal box will need to be fitted unless you go throttle cable route in which case i think the X20XE TB will work??

you will pretty muchallways be able to rebuild the mechanical side of the let, and most of the engine parts will fit other gm engines in one way or another its the sensors which get harder to find but if your going for 350-400 bhp then aftermarket management would rule alot of that out.

I would go C20LET with 280-300bhp for a quick road car.Easy enough to do and more than enough for a FWD car.

It does.

I am however pretty certain the LEH wiring is almost bang on impossible to do. Hence why people use a Z20LET loom when they fit a LEH in a Corsa C or Astra G.

Go for the c20let for ease mate.

I presume you have been in a Let corsa? 300hp in a corsa is feckin mental. Id imagine 400 would be unusable on the road every day

Going from mates that have had z20let's there mega shite for sensor troubles etc. Im sure the leh would be similar.

Stick to the let as its so handy having people that know them inside out when you get any issues with it

there must be some in your area mate, try and get someone to take you out in one.

260-280hp is more than enough, will proper make you grin like fook!

Million miles apart from an XE Corsa
