You on dampening adjustable suspension? Looks like it needs to be a tad harder!

standard shocks yo haha. i like my comfort, keep consodering coilies but ibonly go on track about twice a year

didnt realise I hadnt updated this thread in so long


Anyway in short the car has continued to be spot on with no issues so not alot has changed.

Just whacked on a new set of brembo discs and ferodo DS2500 pads all round as the others were getting low.


Also changed the tensioner on the supercharger to a modifed auto tensioning type.
As before I was getting some belt slip unless it was adjusted every 500 miles or so under hard driving. So not idea for track work.
Involved using a honda K20a tensioner and cutting off some of the mounting brackets with a grinder. Then fitting it in (JUST )
Runs spot on now making full boost with no slip and adjusts itself accordingly.
Bloody good spring in it as it too a wrench and a big bit of pipe to hold is slack whilst putting the belt on


Destroyed my knuckles and had to removing bumper and all sorts though as it was a bloody tight fit. Dam modified cars




Also changed the gearbox oil. Needed doing as look what came out




I then also invaded a cliosport trackday at LLandow which was cracking fun. No front left tyre now though

Also have HSD coilovers to fit after castle coombe at the weekend so hopefully less body roll in future shots on track

I want mine supercharged lol, did you notice any difference with that amsoil stuff? Heard good things about it and need to change my gear oil too.

I think mine will be as bad lol, do you mix it with normal gear oil or is that 1 bottle enough? Did you have to order it from America lol?

x2 bottles is more of less exactly right. Think I have aprox 200ml overage left.

Ordered from opie oils. Same price as honda MTF give or take
