Dont think the actual inlet is but the charger housing sticks up a bit higher. Let me know if you want any specific dimensions

keep getting messages on ctroc asking if I wanna sell it

Just sorted new insurance and 12 months tax so its not going any time soon

Sky insurance FTW reasonable price and its nice to speak to people that actually have a clue what you are talking about.

All insured on the basis of the mods been replaced like for like too

Changed the exhaust over to get it legal for coombe too

Old race tube off

Found out what i hit on a speed hump the other week

New system on

OEM rear box with 2.5inch silenced stainless centre

Rear box had been living in the old owners shed since 2005 so cleaned it up

Will upload a vid of the new sound

Sounds oem but with a whine when you boot it

Need to get it rr though to check the rear box isnt too restrictive for it

How it sounds now

Excuse crap vid I just wedged the camera in the cup holder

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPRmPsXHR1w

Really happy with how it sounds and looks now ie OEM quite and looks standard from the outside.

But may have to change the back box as it definatly doesnt feel as if it pulls as strong for 6k anymore.

Although im not sure if the diameter of the back box pipe been half an inch smaller can make that much of a difference. Maybe the map just needs a tweek

Thought I would give this an update

Swapped my buddyclub spec 4 for these

Going to get the tyres swapped over this weekend hopefully. Still not sure on white but they were cheap cheap so will see how they go. If not I will get mine powdercoated whilst they are off the car.

Also before the car went to germany it got a quick service. New filters and oil. Easy peasy barring the oil filter that was on silly tight. So violence, hammer and screwdriver ended up on the cards

Then with the addition of some GB stickers I was good to go

Car preformed faultless all trip even managed over 300 miles to a tank on the journey there including hitting the limiter in 6th on route

Clip from the GP track, camera only caught one of my first laps when I was learning the course though

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPCp52A-eMw

Car was looking a bit sorry for itself so I scrubbed off 1000miles of dirt and embedded flys today and fitted some fresh plates now I dont need the GB stickers

After

Will post up more pics once the wheels are on

Didnt realise how long its been since I updated this thread

car got rolling roaded

token pic

White wheels never made it onto the car as I got some wider rota boosts insted on there. Drives much better on them and they look ok

Also had a spoon n1 fitted on to improve the soundtrack a bit

standard box has to go on for track days though

Wheels were second hand and tatty when I bought then so sanded them back and attacked them with rattle cans

Came out well

Spoon n1 fitted on

Sound check = chavtastic nice bit of popping and flaming too when its hot
charger sounds good coming towards you too, didnt realise it was that loud

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXEv3F3Hu6I

Track days are on the cards more then last year so a few up grades were made in this part with a clockwise motion baffled sump insert and oil cooler set up from area motorsport

Big thanks to Warren at WG motorworx for help with the fitting

hose pipe ban ment it got a last proper clean too
