Cheers to all for the kind comments

Touch more progress to report today then.

Firstly my dad fabricated a bracket to hold the header tank nice and steady, cant really see it in the pics.

Fitted the drivers seat.

Then sorted all the fluids out and fired her up, it runs agin which is always a plus . Took her out of the garage and gave it a quick go round the block.

Then we loaded it up onto the trailer and took it to one of my dads mates to set the tracking up, also gave us a trail run with the new trailer straps

Thats about it for today, more to come as the 1st of April is getting closer and closer

Cheers all, the rack mounts are from a seller on eBay call ADengineering, noticed they've started doing engine mounts now too.

Good project this!

Would the front end be aided with a thin carbon type low down splitter (unsure on TA rules?) underneath that Irmscher one? Front end low splitters can really add a lot of downforce, especially and higher speeds?

Will be interesting to hear if a rear diffuser really makes that much difference as I always thought a car had to be basically on the ground to make use of the airflow flowing underneath. I know the corsas light on the back end so should help with at least the stability of it though.

Good project

Splitters reduce lift.
