Nice work. How different to the Corsa C rear brake set-up is the Astra one?

looking good!

The Astra setup is like that combo van we looked at mike, so would need flanges welding on like Neil has...

Where corsa C is a straight bold on..

Cheers for that dale.

I didn't know the corsa c 1s were a straight fit until recently, although I'm really happy with the Astra conversion.

Been out and about just running the brakes in, setting up coilovers etc so though id get some arty farty pics while i was at it.

Oh and ive got myself a go pro which ive also been messing with (vids to follow )

Had it mot'd this morning which flew through, with a little help lol. then the sun came out so i decided to put the r888's on

Went out for another lane testing session until i heard knocking from the front nearside wheel, got home to find out the wheel bearing had knakered up , its only 200miles old. Definatly need those bigger bearing/cav drive flange set up. Having to get a new bearing this week as im on track this coming weekend at PPC.

Stripped hub off

thats all for now.

Cheers lads

Yes the car was on track over the weekend and it felt the best it ever has. I was playing it a bit cautious at the start of the day but picked up the pace towards the end.

Crappy pic of it parked up in the paddock

Then heres a pic of me chasing an Evo 8

And i love this pic, the good old corsa giving a 460bhp cossie a good run for its money

Will be uploading videos soon, didnt get 1 of the last session though

Right quick update today.

Painted up my morettes, removed both inner lamps and fitted cold air feeds with mesh in there place.

I then had to find a way of still having indicators, and after quite a bit of thought i decided to just go with clear side repaters drilled into the front bumper. These are the indicators.

And heres them all fitted and finished

Switched the 8000k hids on

And heres the indicators once theyve lit up

Thats all for now
