Anyone got a good filler, flexible fiber glass and joint sealer, That won't end up cracking. That they can recomend?

How thick is the filler going to be? Mixture of fibreglass and body filler with a scim of stopper over the top should be ok. I'm guessing its for the bits in the Bay?

Weld it properly, grind it down and then use seam sealer on the edges

Dont cake it in fibreglass and bodyfiller

No you dont if you do it properly. Weld the panels in neatly, grind the welds down, touch if filler if needed then seam sealer.

Dont use fibre glass and filler everywhere fuck sake gay

Thomas! You don't realise it will need it too look like a decent job and smooth the way I want it. Might not need fiber glass but if I need it on the welds to look decent then I'm gonna do a proper Jon and do it with fibber glass! Lol. Come round now and il show you what I mean! Lol

A proper job is welding properly and cutting the sheet metal properly so there is no gaps etc to fill once ground down and then a small skim of filler if needed

Your talking about doing it the gash way

Isn't gonna happen, at least with fiber glass I can get a decent cerve on it all. Instead of grind down to a possible flat edge then fill in little gaps then the holes falling out over time. I think the way I'm doing it will be better for me personally lol

Do it toms way first but then if you want all the smoothness and round shapes you will have to put some in the corners and stuff?!

I don't want a block shape tho. Like square ends as such, needs to look smooth and nice edges. When I begin this process you will see what I mean! Lol.

What decent brands are there. Also what is stopper sean?

Yer thats what i thought But the less filler you use the less brittle it will be mate! And stopper is just a thinner slightly more flexible product similer to filler but used for the very top coat just to fill any little pin holes as such (even though my name is not sean, however i do happen to be doing the same college course as him/was)

Stopper is the last stage of filler work to fill the pin holes in the body filler u-p is good, do every kind of filler you would need
