I had a chance to play this down at Silverburn the other day but the promo girls made me and my mate play the wii copy thing. Never played a worse console game in my life.

When i get this i will be getting a Wheel too, possibly a racing seat setup. depending f i can get a good one for a good price. Tbh i havent a clue where to get one or even look for one?

Never had any experiences with wheels, do they give feedback like the ones you would get in an arcade etc?

Any recommendations?

although the article was uploaded on the 5/11/10, you dont know how far back that actually was, the game is now gold so it wont be more than 6-8 weeks which would mean mid-late december

i have got the logitech g25 steering wheel with the bucket seat and everything, its supposed to be the best one to get for it. only really played it on the new need for speed and a few games on the ps2 even tho i have had it for over 3 years

its by far the best wheel i have used pretty much like driving a car. just waiting on gt5 now.

i bought mine as a package but cant remember where cost me £430 tho.

that was over 3 years ago so probably cheaper now. can buy it on its own but but wouldnt be as good imo.

I went down the route of a G25 and a WheelStand Pro, haven't got the room for a dedicated racing setup and the WheelStand can fold away and stored out of sight. Good piece of kit

Went to GAME and Gamestation today to enguire about a Logitech g25, they informed me there was no such thing

and there is no such thing as a steering wheel that comes with all three pedals

FFS! I then proceeded to argue that they were wrong. asked for the manager and he even proceeded to tell me that the £79.99 Logitech GT Force is the best wheel money can buy and is the official Gran Turismo wheel. And also Gran turismo should be out "some time this month"

Also, GT5’s big Madrid launch party has a new date of November 24th/25th. As you may recall, the launch party was first scheduled for October 26th/27th. Considering the party was to be held exactly one week before the game’s intended worldwide launch, a release during the week of November 29th – December 3rd is beginning to look extremely likely. This release window aligns perfectly with what I’ve been told before and Sony’s own retail outlet, SonyStyle, who lists a launch date “on or around” November 30th for the game. Regardless, it’s becoming clear we don’t have much longer to wait.
