if its boiling over like that it will be an airlock, if you cant get it out by putting the heaters on full and squeezing the rad pipes then drain the system and refill with the engine running

its not boiling tho it was at 72 deg when it over flowed, just hope its got air traped, going to get a leak down test done tomorow on it

you got a link mate , had a google of pressure bleeders but it only comes up with brake bleeders

you can usually just unscrew the cap off a tad to let out any excess

I was having same problem with my nova without matrix, its cos I looped the rear 2 exits but you haven't done this like you said so not sure what it can be

Btw you can use little screw on theromstat housing as bleed nipple

My old 1800 had similar after the conversion, turned out to be a wanky Header tank cap not sealing the system..

IIRC there is only a screw in cheap oem ones.

it vacuums all the air out of the coolant system then you swap over to a pipe which you use to suck in coolant back in

random one for you mate could it not be the cap is f**ked as the valve might be broke inside cant you try a standard header tank and see if this solves problem.
