ok a few tiiinnny changes..

stage 2 turbo kit has come up! low comp pistons = higher boost on a bigger turbo ftw! its currently running 290bhp. being stripped out and the turbo kit will be going on my corsa with any luck lol

new coilovers fitted, whiteline RARB fitted thanks to warren, again! lol. lurrves the cornering now! spent a while looking through the 1.8t too, most likely just unbolt the kit and bolt in onto mine as we know everythnig about my engine now and its running really well.

anyway, fronts a bit too low i think rubs on full lock, sounds so horrible when coming round a corner + a bump. will raise them up a few mm at the weekend. didnt take any pics, jsut the rarb fitted



some idiot decided to kick/hit my car, various places, warren noticed the front bumper, hopefully i can machine polish them out. paintworks been neglected since i last washed her a month or so ago lol been so busy though. turbo hopefully be on in a few weeks

Cleaned up a rocker cover yesterday, came up lovely! a few pics before during and after..



went over it with some wire wool, then decided to get a wire brush with my handheld drill to remove all of the corrosion





decided i wouldnt polish it up as it doesnt really stay polished for long, so out came the paint!





fully dried, came out lovely! will add a few coats of sealent when i fit it, probably use some Dodo juice wax or my poorboys wheel sealent

lol Warren better ditch the derv if he wants that sound. tbh i think i'll get annoyed/bored of it after a few months lol

yeah Graham i was down there for a little bit just going up and down, couple of mates wanted a ride.. had to boost it as i went past everyone lol!

j10e W.. were you around lakeside/Excell saturday night? there were 2 arden blue gsi's.. one of which was supprised i kept up with him lol

hopefully have a few updates early in the new year

your's isnt too slow either lol both have the same problem at the moment though tbh, jsut getting the power down. LSD and a geo set up for me + new tyres and that should hopefully be a big help

i spoke with a chap a lepsons today who has a black c with porsche wheels - jusy had an astra vxr engine fitted, coulda been him?

anyway - jay, the car is epic, looks so means with the fmic poking out... however, i'd spray it black ftstealth

i would have kept the sri lower grille there if it would fit, but that blizzard intercooler pokes out too much! warrens even had to get a hacksaw out on the bumper to get it to fit and it still creased the plastic slightly

mesh will look ugly, i might just spray the fmic black lol
