used a sander with a polishing pad on it from maguires then some of the swirl remover 2.0

before this we wet and dryed the full car with 2500.... like flatting the piant then added g10 washed it, dryed it and and used the swirl remover

pictures dont do it justice its like glass no swirl marks what so ever!

so a big thanks to the father in law as well

Oo a need to do the paint work on my
black corsa its very bad!

*** MINI UPDATE****
fitted the loom on the engine to day

re fitted the egr valve waiting for blanking plate





better then rusty

now the problem



engine loom has this been told it is the injector feed this loom was taking from a zafira



car loom taking from a vectra with the purple fuel relay in the engine bay

is it a case of chopping plugs and wireing these wires together ????

*****UPDATE*****

got a brand new set of engine mounts (3)

i then got some poly flex and sealed them all to make them "heavy duty"

needs cleaned around the sides but pleased with these







thanks for looking im 1/3 of the way there need a few more parts

also aquired some new ball joints and track rod ends

***** UPDATE*****

Just got my BRAND new depo's to day wor lass got me them for xmas along with a few other parts

i am just part collecting over the winter then going to put them all on the car





also got a gsi splitter and metal plates....

does any one know how to fit them it mite sound stupid where does the metal plate go ???

from top to bottom is it: Bumper >> metal plate>> splitter

OR

Bumper >> Splitter >> Metal plate ???

got my self some new track rod ends and ball joints

just after some new top mounts and powerflex bushes should tighten the front end up nice
