Right on 7of this month ly51ohh pm me after i posted in the wanted section for some braided hoses rears only, sent the money that day and still waiting for them, at first i was told due to the weather there was a hold up which was believable but i am still waiting. then after a few pms ly51ohh said he would go to the post office and find out whats happening, since then i have had no messages from him tell me whats happening this was on the 21st.
unfortunately me being me i did not get a phone number or address of the seller, as i was thinking a premium member would not mess others about. I hope it does not happen others, But if this is resovled asap i will retract this post.

transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services, as i sent as gift as was ask to by ly51ohh. i done it a few times with other cs user never had a problem, my fault but lesson learnt. hope it does not happen to others.

i will remove this providing this is sorted, i dont mean to start a dispute but december i paid for a Crankshaft Position Sensor £15 via paypal, i was informed this was sent but had nothing for days on end, i contacted him after few days i had a reply saying that the post office where he is, isnt sending my or anyone elses bits off, so he said he'd try again as the bits were returned back to his address, he then said he'd try to send via parcel force but then sent them through royal mail again, ive not yet recieved the part and have pm'd him asking for a refund of my money but had nothing back and also warned him that i would open a dispute, i know this guy has been bloody good in the past with other people and im not denying that, just would like some sort of answer as to whats happening becuase i need that sensor

sent him money for a autodata cd on the 6th feb
sent him a u2u about it the other week asking where it was and he said he had sent it out he will send another just incase it has been lost in post
fair enough il send the second one back if 2 arrive
still nothing and still no reply back to my u2u's opened a dispute on paypal no reply there lucky i didnt send him it as a gift like he wanted
JUST WANT TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING OR WANT MY MONEY BACK!

i havnt recieved the auto data cd off him either and that was from the 6th feb! i know not as long but still a cd isnt much to post and a simple u2u or refund would be sufficient

although i once bought an engine off the lad and he seemed sound...i too bought a cd off him and it aint turned up,ive had had a couple of excuses but not heard anything for a week so im on with claiming it back,i read it on here time and time again and its sad but two years ago this was a great place to buy from,its a shame people have to let the side down and be so shady with folk
