Got My MK1 Nova Lights and indicators wired up and fitted, also fitted the front Spoiler PROPERLY this time to the new MK1 Nova wings.

Had a fight with the ariel and a pair of mulgrips to no avail, so will take hacksaw to it tomorrow.

Got a producer for driving with no side wings (ho hum) and also blew the 30amp fuse that controls almost all the high drain equipment like the Glow plugs, and heated rear screen

Unfortunatly the Digi dash is on the same circuit and ceased to work, i was worried my wiring skills were not 100% acurate and that i had blown it up after only 2 days of fitting it.

But all is well, The suspect fuse has been stuffed with tin foil and i await the car to catch fire

Nope aint got tyres done yet, I diverted the coppers attention away from the nearside by saying "Hey officer, Look what i got.....A Digi Dash!"

And he went "Cool, Looks all nightrider stylee"

LOL I am crafty

Ooh i have to do the Accelerator cable tomorrow

Oh and the Numberplate, and numberplate light.

The copper was pretty safe though, I had no wing no indicators no headlights just a bumper

So for that i didd'nt chat back when he called my motor a "Box"

Well nice when everything lines up right, had no hastle from the bumper (just need to drill 2 holes) and the lights and indicators went straight on as it is originally a MK1 nova

It aint a facelift though Paul

It is originally a MK1, it roleld off the production line like that.

then someone gave it a horrible spray job, and a MK2 facelift.

I'm just restoring it to MK1 look cos it looks more evil and savage

Get it re-sprayed, then some nice wheels then leave it be.

But don't do it yourself.

Why fit a Mk2 Nova dash then fit Mk1 Nova headlights?
