Right i don't want to start bitchingabout him as he's been a wicked seller up to now.
Basically i bought a glacier white corsa b bonnet off him for £40,
It came through the post when he said it would, BUT, it was damaged the corner had been bent closest to the scuttle panel.
DHL was to blame for this, but as i understand it's up to the seller to claim the money as he sent it.
Now we decided to give me half my money back (£20) and i would fix the bonnet as the rest of it was pukka mint lol.
He was going to claim the money back from DHL then give me my money, but i'm not waiting for it so i want it now as i don't see why i should wait for it as it's not my problem.
he only thing is i haven't herd off him for a week and a half now, and i want my £20!!
Am i in the wrong??

It has been xmas mate so DHL might have a backlog of problems. I sent him a sub and the magnet had came off so hes put a claim in for it but due to the time it might take a while for any result. Personally i would want the money there and then like you do but if he hasnt got £20 to give then maybe waiting isnt such a bad thing as ive been in situations where ive had to refund but havent had the money. Just give it a week or two and see what happens mate

i can understand that mate totally, but he could at least send me a message saying that can i wait til he get's refunded as he hasn't got £20

what to sort out the damaged parcel??
Its the sellers responsiablity as they sent it, and he has accepted that.
all this is over is my £20 that i want back, thats all

It's the same with anything mate I'm afraid. I get it with Ebuyer and other major trade places. If they send something and it gets damaged, it gets collected, they claim from the courier, then you get your dollar back or a replacement product.

oh right, well the thing is he isn't repleying to my u2u's.
I've sent him picture's of the bonnet damaged, even tho DHL took there own when it was pointed out it was damaged.
i think he's just claiming the money and not giving me anything.

i found that lads phone number on my phone this morning and rang him.
He said that his internet is down til the 4th and that he is waiting for DHL to get back to him.
So this seller is still a top lad lol, don't want to put anyone off him.

been told to use this thread
bought some cesaro centre caps off him for £15 and some 100mm spring off another member the same night..
100mm's cam 3 days later but no centre caps.
he said royal mail claimed they'd be here just after crimbo which i accepted but told him i needed them asap as my cesaros are getting refurbed aswell as them centre caps.
sent him a few messages and no reply. seemed like a honest lad and i really dont wanna be robbed even if it is just 15. thats half my weekly takings as im only on 30 ema.
any one heard from him?

have just read all this and yh thaks jib job i1 i havent herd anything at all from dhl and 2 no i dont have the cash atm sorry 4 that and vax.dan ur centercaps have been sent off if there not with you by the end of the month pls u2u me as i will refund you as tbh i dont want a bad name and sorry i havent replyed sooner as my internet went down and its just came back online 1 hour ago.
