Iceman off here was running over 300 with completely standard internals and the engine was perfect no smoke bangs or clangs.

204bhp and 200lb ft torque in standard guise.
As for phase 2, i've know a couple to run just under 300bhp and done many miles. In fact Dave at V-Tuning even knows the odd few that have run just over 300bhp (ignore roller readings, they have just pulled harder than a slightly lower powered Ph2 let running at least 280bhp). Generally a Ph2 will run about 260-290bhp depending on engine condition.
But power is pub talk, if it can't put it down on the road, or has a small powerband, peak power means nothing....
Would rather less power, but faster spool and a larger rpm range of power to use for the road.
