id recommend so front braided brakes hoses, rally design, only like £35 new

Got the hoses already brakes will be done later once rear axle has been removed and sorted

Another update

Combe is coming up fast so Dad has got a bit of a move on to try to get it ready!








Home made rear strut brace Cost £3 for metal and an hours Labour FREE!














Seats will be ready tomorrow and the the seats can be mounted.....then the inside can be painted and cage can have its final fitting

Great Project, Good work too, all the mods and suspension looks spot on, same set up I had on my corsa should handle very well that

Cool project, but that strut brace isn't doing anything as its mounted on rubber, it would be better if the brace was welded to the two shock towers.

Point taken. But wouldnt say its not doing Anything! perhaps not quite as much as a solid mounted one but with the way the rubber tightens down its still going to have an effect

Tbh this project is awesome.

Is it any harder to fit a 2.0 ecotec over a 1.8? Is there much difference? I'm thinking about doing this same conversion, how hard is it?
