Ah, so there's your problem - it's not your diet, it's your choice in partners

You'll like the growth and the strength increase, but remember the side effects:
Impotence, mood swings, bitch tits, baldness, small balls, acne increased risk of cancer.

Wouldn't go near them, also if you are injecting can cause air bubbles in blood stream and lead to brain tumours etc

I know that they take them. Your body will only grow to a certain size "naturally".
Depends how far you wanna go, look at arnie, he is paying for all that work and supplement abuse now.

: How did you prepare for the contest?

A: I spent a month and a half preparing for WSM.My schedule was something like this:

6 a.m. -- 20 minutes of running on the beach,it's easier on the kness.

9 a.m. - 11 a.m. -- strength training.

Massage, injury treatment, etc.Sunbathing when weather permitted it.

6 p.m. - 8 p.m. -- event training.

9:30 p.m. -- 30 min. swimming.

Did not diet, ate everything I felt like.Do not smoke or drink.

Q: How did you know what to do in your preparation?

A: It's a process of trial and error aided by 10 years of strength training.

Q: Would you consider yourself the strongest?

A: In some individual events perhaps not, however in a contest of 6,7 or more events I would think so.

Q: In 2 years WSM will be in Japan, how do you feel about competing in Sumo for example?

A: Why not? There are always new challenges.

Q: How important to you is the sport of strongman?

A: It's very important, but it's not the only thing. For example,I was only substituted in my business by my brother during the last stages of my preparation.

Q: What is harder,to win or to defend?

A: It's harder to defend, but I intend to do everything that I have to.The times of the big bodyweight athletes winning are past, now the contests are set-up towards versatility.
