Hence why i work on the cross trainer, jogger, and rowing machine.

There also a punchbag and speedball, which reguallary gets a workout. Working on technique at the mo, then work on the power later. Left leg kicks are feckers.

Its not the power its the limitation you push your body to.

When it hurts you add more weight and keep going.

pain's weakness leaving the body, half the time my mate has to be ready to catch it when i drop, hit the edge and more

Using the punchbag gives you a great workout. Makes you feel good when you come off it too. Release all that tension etc

get someone on the gloves and do combos like

Left unrrercut, right uppercut, left down, right down(near hips) then right left stomach.

loads combos but go faster and faster ull be fooked by the end

yeah, just make sure you hit it right, overwise you'll damage your wrists! You won't feel it straight away but if you hit it wrong you'll feel it the next day. Not nice

Daimo - curries arnt that bad...well as long as you steer clear of the cream based ones..which is quite a lot actually..no there are a few curries out there surely which are quite healthy...

Kickboxing is a great sport. Keeps you VERY fit. Fitter when i done that than i ever was when i played rugby, and i played rugby 5 times a week at least!

Chicken is good.

On a trying to put mass on im eating 6 meals a day, not sure what youd need for toning. prob more fruit

Not sure what kickboxing you've heard of but you do use clenched fists.

I used to cycle 15miles every other day and play basketball and football several times a week. I was super fit back then.
Havent done anything now in about 3 years and Im fit for f*** all!
I plan to get back in shape this year though and get that 8 pack back instead of a keg!

Few big blokes in the gym, scary seeing some them.

Did the chest bench press though yeah 120kg is respectable, this big mother fucker comes up, does 190kg :eek: thats 28stone.
