Can confirm number plate is £60, no points. But get reported to the DVLA more than twice and they can take your plate away leaving you on a Q plate. It's not worth the hassle for the sake of a legal sized plate.

Car's looking damn good from how it started. Looking forward to seeing what you do next.

Well so far i haven't had any trouble. fingers crossed.

I got a full sized one in my boot anyway, so if any thing happens i will just swap them.

Plans for the car are:

Receive side skirts, wind deflectors, steering wheel and boss( and fit them), get side skirts and spoiler painted, fit them, refurbish wheels in silver and lower the car. i think that's it for the exterior. for the interior is to sourse and fit all black trim( a pillar and b-pillar trim, rashboard and door cards) and make a decent sound system. engine wise - hpefully a gti lump.

Wind defletors were fitted on wednesday, just before i went to work! soo easy and i love them!

Excuse my dirty car

Also steering wheel boss kit arrived, but still waiting on the wheel itself.

Expect skirts to arrive in the next few weeks

Not sure what to do with suspension. Cheap coilovers( not that cheap really, but not a 1k custom GAZ ones) or something like KONI yellows and custom springs which probably gonna work out same as "cheap coilovers"
