Even with the eml issues etc i decided to give the car a decent clean, haven't cleaned it for a month so was due a damn good clean.
Went Japfest last Saturday and brought home a few cleaning goodies to try out.

Spent a good few hours on it and the results speak from themselves.

Then found a empty un-used industrial site for some decent pictures, bonus!

Happy days

I went over all the boost pipes earlier, didn't remove as the pipe going into the inlet is tight as fook, but I want to purchase the cdti airbox kit this friday and pending on how much money i have i will be replacing the top hat and boost pipe for a courtenay sport high flow plenum kit aswell.

I thought that was something to do with the coolant again, could be wrong, and wouldn't be the 1st time.

sheps system sounds ace chris, nice choice the backbox was decent, gave a nice slight burble but i think its only a 2.25"bore i think so not the best when wanting more power.

Dazza - more mk4's than corsa's

dean - cheers fella, what your replacing it with? 3" system?

Jambo - cheers mate, im not gonna lie, but in the sun they come out rather purple due to the paint i chose.

Well the EML is back on again
This time its not turning off, and it drove like a bag of nails this time, again going up a hill and was in second coming off a roundabout, didn't plant it but was about to hit boost and it just made a noticeable pop sound and the light came on, struggled to get up the hill and managed to get it home but struggled and stuttering most of the way.

The lights not turning off so either way its going to the garage tomorrow and shall see what happens

Id recommend getting op-com, one of the most useful tools I have bought for the car, can read all these fault codes, reset them, live updates etc. Was only £20odd from ebay for the hardware, software is available online for free.

Video record the pedal test this time, so at least you can watch it over and over again.

, something else to check might be plugs. My LET (albeit a C20LET) ran like a bag of shite as the plugs were gunged up.

Op-com is a form of tech2, can read all manner of fault codes etc with it using a laptop.

Software is found here:

http://www.tek-tronics.co.uk/OP-Com.zip

Hardware can be found on ebay, I got mine from this seller:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/USB-OBD2-Diagnostic-SCANNER-OP-COM-Opel-Vauxhall-Saab-/230464957129?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Diagnostic_Tools_Equipment&hash=item35a8c82ac9

Really handy tool

Green thing I've not read the whole thread but do you have a boost leak at all do you as mine used to that and it was down to the boost pipes not being fixed tight enough and it would leak then every now and again pop the hose off
