its hard to explain the car is like crushed up smaller then the wheels really big like a toy car cant remember who used to do them

I was trying to be a dick and just shrink the whole pic so the car was shrunk, but the thing didnt work.

Shrink the whole picture untill it looks like the above picture of the vette but with the original wheels ( make the image taller then bring the sides in) then cut the wheels from the normal sized picture and place appropriatly but keep them normal looking, not distorted or anything. If that makes sense.
