Mine needs doing, Picture makes it look better than it is. Was also a bit cheeky and asked Scorpion to send me a new badge for the exhaust as it was peeling off. Should hopefully be here soon!

Had a busy weekend with the bike. After using it the last few weeks I had noticed a few problems with the bike.

The front fork seals had started to weep, so spent all day yesterday replacing them. Didn't get any pics as was trying to get the job done.

When I had the front end in bits we had a look at the front calipers and seen the seals were in a very bad way, With most of the pistons seized in place. So now they are stripped down to the bare minimum and are now soaking in parafin overnight to loosen all the corrosion and brake dust on.

I try to keep on top of it, Gets what it needs when it needs it. Oil changed every year, pulled out every week and cleaned even if it hasn't been out!

Just waiting for the seals for the front calipers so they can be re fitted to the bike.

Built up and refitted the calipers, Bled them up and went out only for the lever to come all the way to the bar. Got it home and checked over it all and noticed brake fluid coming out of the master cylinder.

Got a repair kit ordered for it, Just got to strip it, rebuild it and hope its done the job!

Must have used a litre of brake fluid just to bleed them, Its a pain in the backside having a 2 line braided hose setup!
