Almost, chicken takes 2 hours to digest but shakes are in and out in 20 minutes... so better for post workout.

Plus 300g of protein from chicken a day day is a fucking lot of chicken lol.

Forgot to say that my order came, very quick, spot on. Just ordered another 2.5kg of Whey isolate. What's the vanilla like? went for strawberry as that's what I had before and it wasn't too bad.

WIll try it next time. Didn't want to risk it, not that I buy it to taste nice but when you are drinking plenty you want to be able to stomach it!
