If I was at fault for crashing in to you would you get compensation unless you were injured/badly affected?

Tom is right, the guy will get the value of his car, a new fence and at most an apology from the company.

Nothing more.

Yes, I would imagine if he went down that route he/she could cash in quite nicely.

What if he had just got out the car and his missus and his children were strapped in child seats in the back and that fell on it?

it's a 56 plate car, the insurance company are not going to give him a new st. they only do that if the car is quite new.

he'll just get insurance payout + trauma compensation or whatever he says has messed him up.

Blessing in disquise, the guy probably regrets buying a bright shitty coloured orange car in the first place.

It's quite a nice colour actually (shit car though!)
I just find the orange distasteful, although I admit i've seen a few now with some black contrasting it and they look 100x better.

you ever drove one? the torque is immense, can cruise with ease around town without needing to change gears all the time.

they ideally need a remap, new air filter and a bigger intercooler to get the best out of them though, which is why every motoring magazine says the mountune upgrade is awesome.
