Anyone ever used it?

I've just got 2.5kg of it, went for the vanilla as I thought it would be the most palatable flavour

Made the mistake of using 2 teaspoons instead of using the scoop provided, which I might add I wouldn't have known was there had my mate not told me! Couldn't see any mention of provided spoon on the packaging! Hopefully its going to taste a bit better the next one I have!

If anyones interested, I went for this because of the low carb content and reasonable amount of protein.

how much you pay marc? did a quick google on it, 45g of protein per 50g servings good.

I use reflex nutrition due to low carb content as il have it for me tea when im working nights sat on my arse, that and it tastes like melted ice cream

Didn't like it, tried it after being recommended by Craig off here (if you remember him) and I didn't like it very much, the taste just didn't take with me. I tried the banana and the chocolate.

I stuck with it to finish it purely because it has a mix of Whey and Casein protein

Had one with the proper amount now, tastes better but theres still the wheaty after taste which isn't the best!

PHD or biotest for flavour. PHD Pharma Blend or Biotest metabolic drive are the best 2 on the market. Metabolic drive won mens health protien of the year award so it cant be too shabby.
