You should be able to get the downpipe made to clear the roll bar without the spacers, I made mine to clear as with the spacers on the roll bar is stupidly close to the ground

Well Christmas over and delay on recieving parts monty is coming home on Sunday Hopefully be back on him in full swing

I have purchesd a "new style" Tial 44mm external wastegate which are now "water cooled" I'm yet to decide if i'm going to plumb the water part in!!

I've had the manifold modified and a downpipe fabricated to suit here are a few fabrication pictures....

Anti roll bar without spacer blocks fitted

3 "bosses" fitted 1 for EGT, 1 for lambda and 1 for Wideband

Welds shot

All fabrication done by Bill @ Badger 5 - Highly rated in the VAG world and races at Combe. Always use him for dyno runs...

Thats all for now

Can i ask how much he charged you?
Is the wastegate pipe a single slip over or is in lipped on the inside to seal?
Theres a few tips i could give the bloke to improve his welding finish but thats me being OCD with welding
looks not a bad job
