Exhaust system travels under the car in D4, well.

Had her on the ramps, got a few problems with the gearbox, like not being able to put it in reverse without crunching. So while she was on the ramp, i thought why not take some piccys.

Yes i do have a lifetime garentee just in case anything goes wrong.

it's rusty. if you look at my magnex system it uses a higher grade of steel and does not have any surface corrosion like that at all.

it's a good advert why not to get powerflow

Yup, i used powerflow, fully understanding the use of mild steel and not stainless. But i have a lifetime garentee, so why should i worry?

And anyway, u can talk with your nice standard peashooter

Mine is stainless, and still looks nice and new, but Daimo's is doing the same job as mine and doing it just as well. The only difference is price and how it looks.
Nothing wrong with opting for mild steel, they do sell it.

Perhaps mild steel was cheaper than stainless?

What sound deadening is that you've used?

Did you find you cured a lot of rattles with the sheets or introduced new ones by removing panels etc?

I can see so many people lying on the ground trying to look at my centre section

U could say the same about any normal car then. Most cars have mild steel exhausts not stainless. So your point being?

And please do explain how i can be a pr1ck, i am nothing like you.

I'd make my own, have u got a welding machine u wanna give me?

I do not need to justify to a punk haired spotty 17 year old. Tell me, how have u bought/paid for your car? End of the day, my car is nice, i like my car, it sounds great, no rust problems and draws teh crowds.

I am not a sheep, needing to make my car the most maddest, original car around. I get just as many looks for going my own route.

Its our own special stuff that we will be selling. Just done the whole car (front n rear doorcards, over the spare wheel well, and roof) in about 1-2 sheets. The sheets are 1.5m x 2m. The idea of the stuff is not to stop all the sound coming in, but to prevent the panels from rattling which i can say its done bloody well. The panels are deffo stiffer. We have this stuff and some more 12mm foam that will cut down the noise even more.

If you can't hear any rattles with your car then how do you know if it's working like it should?
