Nice motor, I'd get that header tank attached properly though

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

thanks fir comments

I spotted the header tank this afternoon, cable ties may be required............or bolts lol

its been garaged for 6 months and has only covered 3000 miles in the last 15 months, thats maybe why exhaust isn't at its best looking. Still sounds good and works as it should, which is the most important bit

I have a powercap to fit to the engine as the main intake pipe has a split in it (may notice signs of black tape on it) - along with a nice new cleaner larger air filter.

I never got it from eBay, sure the previous owner is a member of this forum, he is a local lad to me, let me know about it going for sale a few weeks ago.

The spec on my Civic is too long to list, iv got it all stored somewhere, but iv had it around 4 years, spent fortunes on it, B18 1.8 16v VTEC and once mapped ti suit new pistons and cams should see it around the 220bhp mark (hopefully) - its got the track wheels on for the moment and is very dirty

thanks for comments

im from rainy Falkirk davie lol - and yea its been on Strathy many a time over the last few years!!

not sure on what im going to do with the car - was hopin to just mess about with suspension and brakes, get a good set of tyres n track it a few times (maybe) - the wheels would look good in an antracite(sp) or satin/matt black, but not sure yet.

its already got bilstein shocks and jamex springs all round, and 2.0 16v brakes, so thats a start - but iv also got a 205 turbo to build for track, so funds aren't at the greatest - Corsa is a great little toy, menace on the road.

Happenin Dava man. Aye Kev's old Corsa, but without the ITB's

big_eck, how do mate. Civic should be runnin again by weekend, then its a case of getting it mapped and cleaned up again to be back to its best(sih)

Still got the 205, ongoing project just never been at it for a while, been too busy with Civic and old man's been busy restoring a Harley Sportster

Yea Colin, replaces the Golf, and the Saxo after that, and 306 GTI-6 after that.....

Yea Danny, got it for a good price, was a mates car aswell so he was happy selling it to me. Got it MOT'd yesterday n passed with a couple of minor issues, but nothin severe.

Eck, i'll put some pics up of my Civic n a wee spec later - iv not got very many decent pics of the way it is after its last facelift i done, but they give a general idea

Thanks
