IIRC the road is a twisty one (very) but a well used one, there was mention of a fox, and he says the rear breaks locked up, sending him into a spin, and then a roll, and so on.
Apparently police have taken his word for what has happened, and there is talk of claiming against vaux as there is a possibility of failed rear brakes (locked on & stayed locked).
Now, i'm not saying this is true, but this is what he claims, i am partial to beleiving him though, as i have seen a few animals jumping out along that road.
Also, seats will be funked, they have airbags in them, no?

maybe there should be a CC limit on car licences, like there is with bike licences. Like say 1400cc until 20 or summing. That way, the stupid youngsters wont be able to drive anything mega powerfull. Im not saying all 17-20Y.O. cant drive, but thats just how it is.
