Nothing much to update.
Waiting on a plain slatted grille to arrive from Gregg....

Had some snow over the weekend, so went out for some pics

Snow got a bit OTT so left it at that

Little update -

Decided i didnt want my wiper any more, so it was coming off.
Grabbed these on my extended dinner break

Then out with the wiper and on with the grommet. Looks okay, still growing on me. There is a fair bit of rust around the wiper hole, but the grommet is a better more waterproof fit that i could ever get the wiper for some reason
I will rub the rust down and spray it over summer. Rome wasnt built in a day and nor will VeeTwo be I just touched it up and put laquer over it for now.

Whats more, i saved a whole 1.521 Kg's

My grille i ordered off greg-turbo also arrived at last.
Remembering the fact that...

quote:
U2U from greg-turbo
Theres no damage to it what so ever, like brand new and fits perfect

Anyways, after days with no joy what so ever i thought fuck it and decided to fix it myself and fit it. Cunt.
Makes such a difference But im going to still look out for a new one, which is matt like my old one, not gloss.

Thats all for now Shes still dirty, but cant help that, paint is letting her down when she is clean so id rather she was dirty till i get give the paint a good going over

Not updated in a while.

Went home to find me a package

Full of goodies

EGR and ICV

Not washed it since the sunday after i got it. So thought it was about time to find a white car again.
Washed gf's car, so budged the rest up and decided there would actually be enough room for 5 cars on out drive

I really wanted to clay bar it, but never had time, so just washed, got rid of the tar spots on the doors and mirrors and polished with Super Resin Polish.

Didnt have time to get camera pics So phone pics will have to do.

Fingers crossed i will clay her this coming weekend and polish her again, using ultra deep shine this time

Oh, and ill get the valves fitted at some point soon.

Marc.

Garage was paying for it to be replaced as it was still under warranty

So figured i might as well have a working one whilst it was free and go for the cheap option when i have to pay for it

No updates atm for a number of reasons, mainly that i dont have the money to spend on her, nor do i have the time atm due to exams.

Come summer the updates will fall in thick and fast

Small update.

Front pipe finally gave up the ghost and so needed a new one But that does mean i have a nice new cat, front pipe and old bbox fitted. so cant complain really.

Looks a LOT better IMO. Sounds more like a car i would own now. Bit of a beefy tone, but not loud. I love it.

Anyways, gave VeeTwo a wash before i set off to pick up my ebay winnings.
Snow foam

Its hard to describe how it works, but i think i get it now. When i left that to soak, it wasnt a 'hand wash in a bottle' - as the gf thought it was.
It made it really easy to clean off all the dirt/mud. Closest thing i can think to it is like soaking a food baked pan of some sort prior to washing it.
Its quite good tbf, and imo cracking fun

Anyways, she was nice anc clean then. Didnt close bonnet on pic as sorted the bonnet cable out afterwards

Then decided the tippex job on my mudflaps was wank So tried to do a better job this time.
Scraped the tippex off

Painted

Couldnt decide on circle or not........

Decided on circle a wee while later

Going to fit them when ive posted this Pics later maybe.

Oh and my ebay winnings........... Prettyful
