insides are a carbon/kevlar mix for race car performance. cost just over £180 to have made up ny a mate that works for a formula 1 team.

fitted fuel pressure reg

then with the pressure gauge attached

checked fitting of radiator. seems grand.

then adam, who oddly is 16 yet looks about 9 years old fitted the v-band exhaust flange bit

then, unfortunatley the down pipe fitted right on. weird. sits a bit low so still needs a bit of modding.

and thats it, hopefully wastegate to do next weekend then mount the radiator etc properly.

Nice inlet

Are you going to have to relocate ps pump to get the boost pipe in or will it fit?

cutting the end off the inlet and welding a 45 angle on it. will clear pas pump then. also there is a take off on the plenum that needs welded up aswell.

might be running fairly soon. there really isnt much left to do to it. once waste gate arrives can have all the front end put back together. need wastegate to know the clearance for the radiator basically.

will try and get some vids though
