just played single player russian mission is mint very enemy at the gate style not to spoil it to much back on to american in japan going to have a bash at multiplayer

Yeah, single player seems very good but MP is a let down tbh.

I LOVED cod4 MP... it was awesome!
Played MP abit on WaW and did not enjoy it all that much. Gameplay is similar to cod2/3 which was good but no way near as good as cod4

COD4 set the benchmark very high... from what i've seen so far on MP... its going to far short of it

Cod 4 was the best mp game since counterstrike for me but the new one seems much better, maps are bigger and better, tanks are cool, even the dogs are cool after a while, only bad thing is the guns (so far for me) but it keeps with the theme. Once I learn the maps I think ill be much better than cod 4.

I love WaW so much as it reminds me of UO, it's basically UO with COD4 graphics. I can't wait till the mod tools come out, you will see some pretty cool vehicle maps when they do. To you console gamers, how many slots are the servers?as on the PC, I've played on 80 man servers on huuuge maps and its great fun. Outskirts and seelow etc will be great on a 40 man server.

Yeah so much better, when you have 20+ people on each side it gets interesting, SD is brilliant on a big server.

I thought the vehicles would ruin it but from what i played on the beta on roundhouse they seemed to completement it well

hmmmmmm i felt COD4 worked ace without vehicles, ie enclosed fast paced levels, as opposed to the clumsy vehicle operation. they do add a nice addition though just for some cover once in a while
