Ive stopped playing due to the fact it takes over my life. I was awful on CM00/01, Peterborough United from 2000 to 2056, then I ran out of hard drive space  Won the premiership 15 times in a row, champions league 10 times in a row, had several seasons where I won 5 or 6 trophies, think it was the one that couldnt handle 'billions' in the bank screen, ended up over 1 billion of cash and a 130000 seater stadium or something
edit - according to the counter thing I used 36 whole days doing that, so I wasted 1/10th of a year of my life on CM

I know, think I started that monster game when I was 13 and the save fucked up near my 15th birthday 
edit - its mentally scarred me forever tbh, that game made me get into a routine of getting up at 530am so i could get 2 1/2 hours in before school, now I struggle to sleep past 630am, maybe I should sue Eidos

And thats why I refuse to buy any of the newer ones, not only because I dont think they are as good (I think the gameplay is far too diversified from the originals and they are focusing far too much on this 3d match engine bollocks) but simply because I will lose another part of my life

Im past needing to stop myself buying it now, ive gone through that stage  If im not careful and dont stop buying new 360 games I will fail my degree though

I'm the EXACT same as Danny
Except i wouldn't post up my stats as i'd look like a complete sad sack. Put it this way, when i was in uni I used to play it right through until my old man would get up for work when i'd have to switch the pc off and sneak back by his bedroom to mine

I wont be buying 09 yet as i dont think it will run on my computer. The demo ran ok, but im not sure if the game will. I dont my RAM is to the spec needed.
Looks like its back to 08 for me. Does anyone know where i can get the patch for the jan transfers for FM08?

Yep its stupid, might get it tomorrow and see if it will work fine on my computer, a few people have said if the demo worked fine the game should also work fine.
You dont have to you stream, there is another website to register aswell. It is stupid, you have never had to register before and its been fine. Si have messed about to much with what is normaly a cracking game.
