Update

Got my Toad ai606 alarm fitted yesterday by barry at safe'n'sound what a great bloke and excellent service, would highly recommend.

Going to be fitting my engine damper over the weekend and hopefully painting the rear brakes if all goes well with the weather.

Update

Fitted my engine damper over the weekend, what a difference it makes, much smoother through the gears and engine doesnt kick when driving fast.

Also painted the rear calipers and gave the car a quick wash and hover

Update

As im doing alot of work on the car soon i decided to treat myself to a pair of snap-on wing covers to protect the paint while i work on it, £23 for a pair off ebay, they are great. no magnets so dont damage the paint.

Here is a pic

Also ordered a few more little bits and lots of service parts.

i gotta say this car is sooo much better than those pics make out,

this car is a truely a minter, not one single mark on the car or dent for its age, very very low mileage, underneath the car, there is not one single mark its like a brand new car all over!

the seats are almost like new, normally you see them all dirty etc, rear seats never been sat in, engine start button, the thing is sooooo dam fine its gotta be the bargain of the year!!,

i know the place where mark bought it were going to keep it as their own

i so want one!

mark took me out in it the other night and i was like my god! vtech is the way forward

Update

Another weekend update. Did a few things this weekend to tidy the engine bay up, fitted the standard air filter back in, what an improvement over the cheap and nasty induction kit that came with it, pulls much better and smoother. Also fitted a mugen sticker to the carbon fibre plug cover. Fitted a new tax disc holder and fitted my snooper. Final thing was to give the engine bay a bit of a clean and under the bonnet.

As the weather was good i decide to give the £300 skoda aka the work house a quick wash and a check over ready for the winter lol

Here are a few pics. There are also pics of the engine damper i fitted last weekend.

Also thanks for all the positive comments.

Cheers MJ

And the skoda

it stops the top of the engine from moving when changing gear and going fast, makes the power more responsive

Update

Waiting at the moment for the tool to turn up so that i can do a cambelt change, all the other parts have turned up now.

I have a pair of Password JDM magnetic sump bolts to fit during the service so no pics of them sorry but they do have a nice stamp/logo on the bottom

Today i gave the car a quick wash as the wheels were black and i fitted my spoon socks and a set of rear speakers. Here are some pics of the spoon socks fitted

Cheers MJ
