you could try silkolene pro s/pro r engine oil, if you think i know nothing about oil you can ring guy or simon at opie oils and they will explain what the w means and what the 40 means,
if you think that me tuning my astra fucked it up you are so wrong,
the only oil i will use in my astra is silkolene for the engine and gearbox and silkolene engine coolant as well
