Did you get yours done at the same place Graham? Is there anykind of particular file format or res the image has to be?

No mate I got mine off eBay, £25 posted

All he basically said to me was the bigger the better, so I sent him the original picture from my camera, which is 3888 x 2592 pixels and 3.3mb.

Think it's a minimum of 500kb, and of a decent size to fit a 20 x 30 inch canvas, otherwise it'll be stretched etc.
